Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags and original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue for you.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the unwanted item first and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
